Instructor Specialist Junior Level; technical support, troubleshooting, Manage LMS functions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT/END USER TROUBLESHOOTING FOR THE PLATEAU LEARNINGManagement System (LMS).
Act as a key liaison for functional questions pertaining to the LMS.
Train employees as required on end-user navigation, reporting and end-user support
roles.
Manage LMS functions: learning plan development, item creation, and curriculum
development.
Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course codes, descriptions, etc.
Partner with the Corporate Learning Business Partner (Europe) to maintain the Training Determination Process (TDF) as it relates to QMDs.
Ensure documentation for TDF process is properly maintained in the electronic document folder system on SharePoint.
Generate, schedule and deliver reports, as required.
Perform data monitoring tasks as assigned.
