Instructional Designer III Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER III to join our client in Atlanta, GA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- Pay Range: Up to $40.00 per hour.
- Duration: Approximately 12 months.
- Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for working with Project Managers (PM) to successfully develop training programs for UPS customer service representatives globally across all business units.
- Standard ISD processes, such as the ADDIE learning model, are used to design and develop custom business process and systems training programs including instructor-led and E-learning courses.
- The ID is responsible for working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Information Mapping tools to assess information, determine impacts and identify skills gaps.
- The ID is also responsible for learning and testing proprietary systems and software to identify training needs, determine scope and create interactive learning tools.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in education or related field and four to six (4-6) years of experience required.
- Experience using the ADDIE learning model.
- A superior candidate will be very good at creating Instructor-Led Training, as well as E-learning.
- In addition to a Resume, please submit examples of Instructor Led Training (ILT) that the candidate created.
- If an interview is offered, the candidate should bring examples of E-learning that he/she has created to the interview.
