Instructional Designer

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following

- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide planning and advice in strategy internal and external training requirements, using a range of blended learning media; ability to analyse, document and effectively implement and manage training impacts and risks effectively.
- Designing and developing courseware for business/ICT project initiatives based on training needs analysis, across a range of blended learning methodologies and media.
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Delivering education events to small and large groups and across diverse groups of stakeholders and delivery modes using a variety of media and virtual engagement technology.
- High level, recent Instructional Designer capability, using a variety of adult learning and blended learning methodologies and frameworks.
- Recent experience in education, training and courseware strategy, design, development and implementation across a blended learning framework in an adult learning context.
- Experience planning, designing, creating and delivering engaging artefacts and events, using a variety of media, including blended media and virtual engagement technology, ensuring that WCAG2.0 accessibility requirements are met to AA level compliance.
