We have an exciting opening for an Instructional Designer position with our progressive client in the Columbia, SC area. This is a six month contract to potential long-term opportunity! Excellent communication skills required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will assist with instructional design, curriculum development, training facilitation, and project management. In addition, the instructional designer will assist in the development of technical documents that may be used in support of training development. The instructional designer will be responsible for creation of course content for E-LEARNING USING FLASH, CAMTASIA, ARTICULATE STUDIO, ARTICULATE STORYLINE, LECTORA and or other authoring software.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in technical field or in communications field.
- Instructional design experience in both instructor-led and web-based learning is critical.
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Office applications is important.
- Strong communication skills are critical.
- Excellent presentation skills required.
- Experience in the training field is critical.
- Experience in technical writing helpful.
- Experience in developing documentation for training support desired.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- E-learning development experience using FLASH, CAMTASIA, ARTICULATE STUDIO, ARTICULATE STORYLINE, LECTORA.
