Projektbeschreibung
Candidate will develop initial and continuation training courses for specific clients. This includes WBT/LL/Blended courses and could include adding gaming and simulations to courses as needed. Candidate will apply the ADDIE Model to all course development and ensure that all instructional designer standards are met both instructionally and functionally before courseware is delivered to end users. Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in instructional design and project management, excellent oral and written communication skills, expert editing and proofreading skills, and be extremely detail oriented. Also must be an expert in all applicable design tools.
