Instructional Designer

Project Description:
Responsible for creating and updating training content supporting raining Initiative and Small Market clients. Project requires expert videography and video editing skills. HTML, XML, Adobe Presenter, animation, 3D graphic, Flash, and web-design skills a plus.

Job Description:
Create and update Customer Experience training content using multiple authoring and delivery options including Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and Camtasia. Creation of web-based, leader-led, blended training, captivate, and Flash simulations may also be required. The main requirement for this position is expert videography and video editing. This instructional designer will primarily create and edit training videos. HTML, XML, Adobe Presenter, animation, 3D graphic, Flash, and web-design skills a plus. Work examples and portfolio are a requirement.
