Inspector

IMMEDIATE NEED !!....EPC client is looking for 2 Transmission Line Construction Inspectors for a long term overhead transmission line construction project in Oklahoma. Your main responsibility will be to inspect the construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Client will pay for mob, demob, and per diem for candidates that are not local.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform QA/QC inspections on overhead Transmission Line construction projects
- Monitor subcontractor activities
- Develop and distribute project status reports
- Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of on-site administrative staff)
- Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract
- Assume responsibility for productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project

REQUIREMENTS

- 10+ years of experience as an Inspector & Superintendent supporting large power generation, substation & transmission line EPC projects
- Specific experience on 230kV or higher transmission line construction projects
- Must have experience as a Transmission Line Superintendent
- Experience inspecting line sagging, foundations, and structures on overhead transmission line construction projects
