Insight Analyst/SAS Analyst/Customer Insight Analyst/Marketing Analyst

Our client is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to be responsible for applying statistical and analytical techniques to drive efficiency and increase effectiveness of the direct marketing process.

Customer Insight Analyst responsibilities:

* Performing detailed analysis to enable customer insight in the business and to aid in the development of marketing communications strategy
* Using analytical and data mining techniques, recommend strategies for maximising customer acquisition, retention and relationship development
* Developing profiles of the business' customer base across the various brands, channels and products
* Supporting the development of predictive models/segmentations using statistical methodologies
* Identifying new opportunities in the areas of customer acquisition, upsell, cross sell and retention
* Developing comprehensive post-campaign analysis ensuring accurate measurement of key KPI's including ROI

Essential skills:

* Educated to degree level in a numerical discipline.
* Experience in a commercial environment
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Highly competent in at least one of the following analytical areas: SAS, SQL, Alterian, SPSS, KXEN, Business Obejcts.
* Confidence in presenting technical and marketing information in a variety of mediums to clients and colleagues. The ability to communicate to senior management level is essential.
* Well developed problem solving ability and proven track record.
* Accurate, persistent with excellent attention to detail.
* Self motivated and proactive individual with the drive to succeed.
* A resilient individual who will strive to achieve their goals.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Team player.
