IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Redefine the client's inside sales model to accelerate new business sales
-Increase revenue and ensure effective inside-led account management
-Define a global inside sales strategy and implementation plan
-Possible contract extension for managing a detailed implementation of a new inside sales model
-Leverage past experience building and running high-performing inside sales organizations to define the model which best fit the client's structure/product portfolio/and market requirements
-Coordinate senior stakeholders and executives from Sales, Marketing & Sales Operations, Product and Finance divisions and lead a collaborative effort to define the best inside sales strategy
-Acquire a deep understanding of the client's business model, product portfolio and market dynamics
-Provide recommendations for a new inside sales model based on IT industry inside sales best practices
-Define pilot success metrics, inside sales KPIs, and hiring needs
-Determine target customer base, business potential and region-specific requirements for successful inside sales
-Consider in-house vs. outsourced model
-Analyse business gains and costs to achieve and operate the proposed inside sales model
-Set up and document inside sales rep performance metrics / tools, tracking mechanisms within the existing business performance systems
-Define compensation structure and coaching framework
-Launch the new inside sales model, manage vendor RFP process and selection (if appropriate), pilot deployment and managing the transition from the current vendor with minimum impact to the business
-Manage the transition process, and hand-over the new model to ongoing management
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Strong commercial acumen and Inside Sales knowledge (must)
-Relevant experience in similar inside sales projects in an Global IT firm (must)
-Experience of B2B inside sales for an international IT business (must)
-Solid experience in sales strategy, implementation planning & change management
-Past projects as SME / Consultant would be an asset
-Track record experience in process innovation and in leadership position
-Strategic-mind with ability to build effective business relationships
-Excellent communication and ability to overcome resistance to change
-Excellent project management skills and adaptability of working with global hours and teams
-Open to regular business trips
