THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- One to two (1-2) years inbound call center sales experience PREFERRED
- Detail-oriented, possess strong customer service skills, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- The Inside Sales (Inbound) Representatives primary function is to answer inbound calls from existing and potential First American customers.
- The representatives must clearly, accurately, professionally and consistently answer questions, take every opportunity to sell and up sell, enter renewal and new Direct to Consumer contracts and document each call.
- Answer calls from inquiring homeowners, existing customers, agents, brokers and title/escrow customers.
- Process various contractual changes, such as renewals, new contracts, option ads, drops contract exclusions, cancellations and credit card updates.
- Verify and update all homeowner contact information and ensure detailed documentation of customer or contact interaction.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Detail-oriented, possess strong customer service skills, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
- Type minimum of 45 words per minute
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the real estate or mortgage industry helpful.
