Our energetic and self motivated sales consultants focus on building new relationships and prospecting for new opportunities, establishing rapport with decision-makers, consulting with their needs, and effectively delivering them the best talent in the industry.

THE ROLE will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios in the Midwest through cold and warm calling and networking. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale – the placement of your candidate!

Desired Skills & Experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR highly ambitious individuals, preferably with previous experience in sales or prospecting, and who possess exceptional communication and selling skills. To be considered for this opportunity you must:

*Hold a 4 year Bachelor degree (ideally with a 3.0 GPA minimum)

*Be motivated and driven by target orientated work

*Be confident and competitive

*Have evidence of working in a pressured environment

*6 months to 2 years of inside or outside cold calling sales experience
