Innovation Product Manager wanted for our Vaud based client in the food industry.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- A University degree and 5+ years of technology experience
- At least 2 years of experience in change management and business/product development or customer service
- Distinctive presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively liaise with all internal and external functional teams to properly execute on any business/project plans that support overall product growth or changes
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Adopting LEAN methodology in product architecture, deployment process and organization as well as designing and developing user friendly products, which carry a traceable ROI
- Defining product and business requirements, building business cases and providing subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the product line/offering from idea creation through post-launch and end-of-life planning/execution to ensure approved revenue/cost savings targets are met as well as managing stakeholders and ensuring objectives are met
- Developing product line strategies, proposing and executing approved product-line strategies as well as ensuring on-going improvement of product performance
- Evaluating maintenance and new product development requests, ensuring consistency with overall business, as well as specific product-line and Supply Chain strategies
- Performing market and competitive analysis; maintaining and communicating industry trends and competitive product tracking and positioning along with ensuring on-going legal and regulatory compliance of the product line
- Supporting internal Supply Chain Marketing and Sales groups with the execution of product launch strategies and initiatives
