Inhouse IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsible for the project on behalf of customers IT department together with the Business Project Manager and Project Manager of the implementation partner.
- Planning of project phases including IT work packages, coordination of project plan with respective Team Leads and all related parties
- Cover all usual PM disciplines – management of project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget and cost, testing and cutover
- Contracting of 3rd parties for project collaboration
- Ensure adherence to customers project methodology incl. Quality Gates
- Reporting of project status and progress at regular intervals
- Preparation and moderation of Steering Committee meetings

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- True ownership-attitude
- Fluent in English
- Experience with multinational rollouts
- SAP-Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Procurement, Systems Integration.
- Experience as a Project Manager; with previous knowledge of Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and Ariba Invoicing implementations
- Working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders: Customer, Implementation Partner and SAP vendor.
- Knowledge of Sell to Settle procurement process, specifically within supply chain collaboration and operational procurement and finance.
