Infrastructure Technical Writer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Analyze existing Infrastructure system documentation in regard of gaps and deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvements
- Organize system documentation according to CSL standards (Quality Management system, Document Classification)
- RenCreate operational documentation such as procedures, work instructions, standards, architectural diagrams and playbooks

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Well-founded experience in IT Infrastructure Operations
- Good understanding of Infrastructure technologies
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong writing skills
- Good understanding of ITIL Best Practice esp. Knowledge, Incident and Problem Management
- Experience with Servicenow is not mandatory but highly appreciated
