Infrastructure Technical Lead

My CBD based client requires the services of a Technical Lead to deliver high quality customer service whilst ensuring compliance with approved change, problem and incident management methodologies. The successful Technical Lead will utilise information from the centralisation engagement and coordinate the centralisation of Infrastructure from remote offices to the data centres.

Responsibilities:

- Produces quality results that meet client needs within the required time frame.
- Monitors own progress against objectives and takes any corrective action necessary to get back on track.
- Nurtures internal and external relationships.
- Consults and shares knowledge and information to keep the team informed of progress

Required skills:

- VMWARE virtualisation
- Microsoft Windows Technology including ACTIVE DIRECTORY DOMAINS, trusts and certificates
- Expert understanding of network protocols: (TCP/IP, DNA, LDAP, SSH, RDP, SMTP, FTP) and wireless technology
- Ensure that the consolidation design of all process, roles, responsibilities and documentation is regularly reviewed and audited for efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
- Ability to work professionally, positively and cooperatively as part of the team and modelling the values of Accountability, Professionalism and Teamwork.
