INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (ERICSSON) (ALCATEL)
Infrastructure Technical Consultant (Ericsson) (Alcatel) required to provide both technical expertise and delivery experience on Ericsson and Alcatel products. The Infrastructure Technical Consultant (Ericsson) (Alcatel) is not just a Network Engineer, but should also be an authority on standardisation of network rollout at a corporate level, so that the standard service can be used in the quotation at sales stage. The Infrastructure Technical Consultant (Ericsson) (Alcatel) should also be able to manage the service sales and delivery.
Relevant experience on top of technical networking skills:
- Service Delivery Management
- Order Management
- Sales Support
- Customer project Delivery Support
- PO Verification
- Time & resource planning and reporting
- Project budget and controlling
- Service procurement
