Infrastructure Support Technician - Cisco or Citrix

My client currently has two vacancies for Infrastructure Support Technicians. One is focused more on the Citrix environment and one if focused more on the Network.

These are both permanent roles joining their 3rd line team based in Central London. The salaries are between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

To be considered for either position you must have experience with:

Exchange 2010

Active Directory

Blackberry Enterprise Server

Microsoft Office

For the Citrix focused role you must have experience with:

Managing a Citrix Farm

Capacity Management

Citrix 5 to 6.5 upgrade (ideal)

For the Network focused role you must have experience with:

Cisco VOIP Call Manager

Cisco Contact Centre

CCNP

LAN & WAN

MPLS
