Infrastructure Support Engineer, Pharma (Hardware/ITIL)

For our client, one of the most instantly recognisable brands in the pharmaceuticals sector, Swisslinx are looking for a motivated and dynamic Infrastructure Support Engineer for a six month contract in Zurich starting ASAP with a strong potential for extension.

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ENGINEER, PHARMA (HARDWARE/ITIL)

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for Installation, Move, Add, Change and Disposal (IMACD) of hardware.
- Define and prepare hardware for deployment
- Reclaim hardware processes
- Handing of the repair processes
- Inventory management

In order to be considered you will fulfil the following requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a desk side support position or similar
- Excellent technical skills for analysis and troubleshooting problems
- Windows Client Technology, Desktop and productivity tools
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Strong communicator
- Strong English and German skills
- ITIL
