Infrastructure Support - 2 Months Initially - Paisley

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT - 2 MONTHS INITIALLY - PAISLEY

Sopra Group are currently seeking an Infrastructure Support specialist to join us on a short term engagement to support one of key clients requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential  Competencies:

Citrix Presentation Server 5 administrative experience.  Minimum of 5 years in operational support environment.

3rd  level Windows AD 2008 administrative experience. Including DNS, Group Policy and advanced troubleshooting.

Formal reporting experience.  It is likely that workload will include specific packages to recommend alternative configurations for both AD and Citrix environments.

Desirable  Competencies

Vwmare VSphere 4 administrative experience.  Including server deployment and virtual console administration.

Understanding of Storage Area Network concepts and basic troubleshooting.

Core infrastructure components, including but not restricted to

o    Web content filtering - Websense

o    Laptop encryption - Sophos Safeguard

o    Client Firewall  - Sophos

o    Mail gateway - Sophos
