Infrastructure Support

Client based in Oxfordshire are looking for a Cisco Network Support Specialist for a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will have provided operational day-to-day support of their Cisco Network Infrastructure. The candidate will demonstrate experience within a Cisco Network environment working on Firewalls and network devices. The candidate will be responsible for the design and integration of new WAN / LAN infrastructure in an company that is relocating offices, to support an office fit-out and move the office (end April / early May) while maintaining the Cisco network infrastructure across 3 sites (UK), along with the firewalls and network devices. Join the "on-call" rota for out of hours support to provide 2nd/3rd line support on a cover basis. Essential Skills: * Networking - current Cisco certification (CCNA) supporting LAN, WAN, VLAN, IP Sec VPN TCP/IP * Firewalls * VoIP - Call Centre * LAN & WAN - MPLS, Metro Ethernet, * IP Sec VPN plus firewall administration * Internet eCommerce plus sFTP * Hardware, firmware & software installation and configuration * Strong two factor authentication * Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures If you have vast Cisco experience and feel your CV matches the skills above then please send your CV along with day rate and availability to be considered for an interview.
