Excellent skills in networks, data centre technologies, server, operating systems (OS/400, Windows, Linux, AIX), Active Directory, mail solutions and Middleware

CORE DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

To maintain and operate the global and local IT infrastructure required by the business needs concerning networks, data centres, server technologies and Middleware

To manage the IT infrastructure security requirements

To work with the providers concerning capacity management and service levels

To ensure a timely resolution of IT infrastructure related support cases

To facilitate uninterrupted application availability and performance

To ensure the continuous improvement of solution design and implementation process as well as the related support processes in cooperation with providers and other IT departments

To participate in the innovation process

To ensure the knowledge transfer inside and across teams

Our client, a global system integrator is currently looking for a Infrastructure specialist for a 6 month contract based in Paris, France.

For this role the ideal candidate will have speak French fluently and have at least 3 years plus experience as an infrastructure specialist particularly with the core skills as listed above.
