Experis are currently looking for a ITIL Support Analyst to come on board with a key client of ours in the Finance Sector.

The successful candidate will involve working with a wide variety of teams within the business. The role covers key department tasks and provides support in developing and deploying Service Management within the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with all levels of staff members, business and IT problem solving, Relationship Management, Purchase requests, Process Management.

In order to be successful in the role you must have worked in an ITIL environment and have an understanding of IT processes.
