Infrastructure Project Manager - Knowledge Transfer

For our customer we are looking for a Infrastructur Project Manager - Knowledge Transfer.

Project Manager experienced within knowledge transfer, especially documentation transition/transformation/conversion, to ascertain that knowledge assets are transferred in alignment with staff and services transition. Required to be able to work independently under tight time constraints. Assignment will encompass overlooking knowledge transfer process and ensuring the transition of accompanying documentation.
