INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER

We are actively seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join us in Bloomington, MN.  This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Must be an Infrastructure PM. Must be familiar with Server Builds, Security, Telephony, Data Networks, etc. May be focused on Large Data Center Relocation Project. Experience with DataCenter moves a plus. General Summary: Manages the activities and people associated with the project and the success of that project. Works with user to identify the user's need. Delivers quality systems solutions to business problems.

Selected individual must be able to take ambiguity and continue to drive forward and keep project in motion. Take ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong leadership skills
- PMO experience
- Infrastructure experience not help desk support but Data Center, Server environment whether it is big box Mainframe, Windows or Linux.  
- Advanced knowledge of project development, including process mapping, budgeting and timeline creation
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward project completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business, Information Services preferred
- Solid individual performance while partnering with others
- Works well through self-directed effort
- Shares knowledge in area of expertise
- May serve as technical lead in area of expertise
- May provide technical assistance to resolve operating issues
-  8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
- Formal training in project management practices preferred
- Certification in project management preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry helpful
