Infrastructure Project Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery of a major Virtual Desktop Citrix roll out project.

A key objective of the project is to have strong stakeholder management skills, someone who can see the bigger picture and drive the programme without a lot of internal process. Our client is looking for a strong candidate who can own and drive the vision.

Skills and experience needed:

- Certified project manager, PRINCE2 preferred or with equivalent experience (5 years +)
- Solid background in managing infrastructure projects
- Ability to direct and advice the project team and major stakeholders
- Experience in virtual desktop Citrix rollout
- An understanding of the ITIL framework or the ability to rapidly acquire a sound understanding of the framework as it pertains to project and operational outcomes.
- Ability to develop and maintain sound relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
