Infrastructure Process Consultant - Autonomics, ITSM, ITIL

My TIER 1 banking client is looking for a number of INFRASTRUCTURE PROCESS CONSULTANTS to join them on an initial 12 MONTH contract. You will need at least 8 YEARS of experience in the IT infrastructure space, in various lead roles. You will need to have a strong understanding of ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE and best practices, demonstrable CONSULTING AND DELIVERY SKILLS, and a strong background in ITIL.

You will be required to define the technical PROCESS ARCHITECTURE for APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT, SOFTWARE DESIGN LIFE CYCLE, AGILE and CLOUD APPLICATIONS. Assist qualifying the client requirements towards ITSM and prioritization of the same as per the guidelines of the autonomics program. You will also be required to run PROCESS LEVEL FORENSICS for identifying existing problems, and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

This is a CLIENT-FACING role, and as such, you will need IMPECCABLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Previous BANKING SECTOR experience is also essential
