IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Perform service on-boarding into the new HP platform
-Perform service improvements for already on-boarded services
-Define and review the scope of the service based on client input and available information
-Review data available in UCMBD and compare to described service scope
-Define and develop the design for the monitoring of the service based on client input
-Obtain approval on the monitoring design by execution of review meetings with the client
-Perform implementation of the design in the test, acceptance and production environment
-Perform testing of the solution
-Assist the client during the UAT of the solution within all environments
-Perform hyper care support for the service after successful go-live
-Review existing implementation of service within the system
-Compare implementation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-For each step described above it is required to proactively execute all steps and be able to accurately report the status to the project and program leads
-HP Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB) knowledge
-English language skills
