WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
OPERATIONS
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects to include: Developing the project plan, managing the project stakeholders, managing communication, team, risk, project schedule, project budget, project conflicts, and the project delivery
- Responsible for consistent use of project management tools and software life cycle methodology and the use of Waterfall
- Ensure project quality
- Secure the protection and privacy of sensitive corporate data
- Establish and maintain IT operations, policies and procedures
- Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects
- Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects
- Produces regular status reports and status meetings
FINANCIAL
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements
CUSTOMER INTERACTION
- Provide high availability and stable customer experience
- Interpret internal and external customer needs that impact the technology portfolio
- React quickly to changing internal and external customer needs
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Develop, coach, mentor, empower and provide ongoing performance feedback to direct reports
- Develop and execute formal succession plan based on leadership competencies, if needed
TEAMING
- Initiate cross-functional/brand relationships
- Willingly participate in cross-functional/brand teams
GROWTH INITIATIVES
- Provide strategic project leadership and support of implementation solutions for the human resources, marketing, real estate, supply chain management, and Next Generation Store strategies. Execute the appropriate IT outsourcing/payroll strategy to support the business initiatives

- Manage ongoing IT capital versus IT expense opportunities to maximize asset usage and minimize expense
