Infrastructure and Delivery Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure service, a financial institution or an equivalent organization
- Profound knowledge of IT Infrastructure Technology across multiple platforms; Windows, UNIX, Database, Storage, Web Services and networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Delivering infrastructure services to our consumers from initiation to checkout and delivery
- Tracking milestones, and managing delivery risks & issues
- Managing multiple simultaneous global initiatives
- Producing delivery plans, minutes, status reports, KPIs, and risk logs
- Overall quality maintenance and ensuring organizational standard operating procedures
