ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Lead w/UCC Lync Delivery Experience for a 3M Contract (with possible extensions/conversion to Direct-Hire) opportunity located in Dallas, TX. The Infrastructure Delivery Lead w/UCC Lync Delivery Experience will deliver the infrastructure related activities to achieve defined business outcomes for the infrastructure projects assigned. To be considered, the Infrastructure Delivery Lead w/UCC Lync Delivery Experience must possess skills in requirements analysis, solution design and infrastructure delivery.

- Lead/Implement All Infrastructure/Infrastructure Support-Related Activities (from Inception to Go-Live)
- Work with Operational Directors to Ensure Network/Security/Support the Implemented Standards
- Ensure Quality/On-Time Delivery of the Program Identified Deliverables
- Develop/Test Solutions and Work with Infrastructure Leads to Ensure Tasks are Identified/Tested/Completed for the Quality Completion of the Services
- Provide Mentorship to Peers as Part of the Project Implementation Effort
- Provide (Formal/Informal) Solution-Specific Training/Knowledge Transfer, as needed
- Ability to Work within a Team and/or a High-Performance Team/Group

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in the following skill sets

- Infrastructure Delivery Lead - Hosting/Networking/Security
- Lead/Implement Infrastructure/Infrastructure Support-Related Activities (Inception to Go-Live)
- Enterprise-Grade Architecture Design/Implementation
- Develop/Test Infrastructure Delivery Solutions
- Provide (Formal/Informal) Solution-Specific Training/Knowledge Transfer
- Turn Management/End-Client Requirements into Design/Delivery Solutions
- New Site Implementation Start-Up Activities - Voice/Data/Networking/Hosting, etc.
- Business Analysis
- Interface with Management/End-Users to Analyze Requirements
- Conduct/Business Needs Analysis/Documentation
- Work with Operational Directors to Ensure Network/Security/Support the Implemented Standards
- Work with Infrastructure Leads to Ensure Tasks are Identified/Tested/Completed
- UCC Lync 2010/2013 Delivery - Unified Communications
- Design/Implementation/Solutions Delivery
- SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)/SIP Trunking
- Excellent (Written/Verbal) Communication Skills
