Infrastructure Architect/Voice/Telephony/Citrix - Geneva, Swtizerland

My client is looking for a Infrastructure/Voice/Telephony Architect with specific skills in infrastructure - Voice/telephony (including Cisco Call Manager) and Citrix.

The role will involve;

- Options analysis, Architecture design and policy definition
- Follow-up and ongoing support of Data Center vendors during implementation
- Escalation point for issues and risks that arise during implementation and cutover
- Prior experience with globally distributed networks and data centers spanning the Americas to Asia

The person will be responsible for:

- Reviewing detailed design documents from the vendor
- Reviewing and managing the project plan for both workstreams - voice and Citrix
- Escalating critical dependencies into Noble
- Collaboratively engaging with the supplier (Infosys) in delivering the new solution for Voice and Citrix in a global rollout
- Working with suppliers of hardware and software to ensure availability of Voice and Citrix infrastructure in different locations
