IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Supervision of the Swiss and Austrian Automatic Backup and Control Solution
-Responsible for e2e Service Ownership
-Coordination of all maintenance and development activities
-Coordination over all needed subservices
-Being focal point for account teams, service management in case of requests, information needs, trouble shooting activities, incident management
-Further developing and defining new functional enhancements to improve, extend service portfolio
-Guide, advice and support solution deployment to new accounts

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Master of ABC service and dveloper of the ABC Tool Automated Backup Client Monitoring
-TCP/IP / network skills
-OS Admin basic skills on all major plattforms Wintel (1st prio), AIX, Linux
-Basic to in depth knowledge of Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM - for OS and extended versions), Tivoli Data Protection (TPC)
-Symantec Backup Exec and Symantec NetBackup
-Scripting on Wintel and Unix platform
-Profiund Java skills
-Good Infrastructure/ Application Architecture skills
