Infrastructure Analyst - Server Storage - Powershell

INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST - SERVER STORAGE - POWERSHELL

I am looking for experienced Infrastructure Systems Analyst to work on site for a globally recognized provider of IT Solutions, in Brussels. The customer is looking for someone who will follow up the monitoring of the infrastructure, and handle tickets such as requests, incidents or changes created by users and projects.

Some of the key technical skills for this role include;

- Good command of PowerShell Scripting (Patching, Security, Packages, Antivirus)
- Good command of Windows Server administration
- Understanding of network principles (routing, switching, VLAN, Firewall, protocol)
- Understanding of Linux principles
- At least one certification besides ITIL

Key responsibilities for the role include;

- Daily server monitoring checks
- Implementation of server requests and changes
- Troubleshooting server issues and incidents
- Maintenance of server operation guides
- Registering server problems
- Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the integration, installation and upgrade of services.
