INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Piscataway Township, New Jersey.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Experience in a Software Development Environment or
- Experience in an Information Technology Environment
- Project Administrator Experience
- Microsoft Excel

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist Project Managers with Information Technology or Software Development related projects
- Update and maintain technical databases and generate various reports
- Tracks and compiles project information and prepares status reports for management
- Reviews and reconciles project issues at the request of the Project Manager.
- Assist with managing all documentation pertaining to the project.
- Use of Excel in order to manipulate and present data; prepare Pivot tables, as needed.
- Use of PowerPoint to create presentations and display data
- Assist with scheduling meetings; some attendance may be required as scribe
- Additional assistance as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience in a Software Development Environment preferred.
- Experience in project administration, or a related functional area in an IT environment.
- New graduates with a degree in an Information Technology field with internship experience also welcome.
- Must have strong Microsoft Windows, Excel and MS Word, Microsoft Project experience.
- Possess basic understanding of project methods and processes
- Possess good project tool skills
