Information Technology Functional Analyst III

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FUNCTIONAL ANALYST III to join our client in Allentown, PA.

DURATION: Approximately nine (9) months.

PAY RANGE: Up to $ 47.27 per hour.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Global Engineering is implementing a new Project Management Information system. The Project Management Office in GEM is looking for an Implementation Analyst to support the process. This position will report to the Company Project Management Office within the Global Engineering organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Executes on implementation and integration of purchased off shelf Project Management Information system (PMIS).
- Assemble data components (ad-hoc query development, report output) to support client needs, support data testing, data work flow modelling, working with software vendor implementation team, and other implementation and integration tasks.

Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Five (5+) years of experience in relevant corporate position.
- Strong preference for experience with PMIS product (such as Ares, JDA, Planview, Ecosys) implementation within a Capital Project Management environment (such as Energy, Chemical, Utility, EPC, etc).
- Proficient in using spreadsheets to view large data collections - filtering, sorting, formulae, pivot tables, etc. - in order to understand the data being analyzed.
- Experience with implementation of PMIS applications, and familiarity with programming using PMIS system Application Programming Interface.
- Experience working with database development methodologies, design and implementation.
- Ability to comprehend and translate data needs to PMIS integration.
- Understanding of information architecture and how it influences navigation.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- SAP functional and/or technical experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Not a remote or work from home position.
