NextLink Solutions need to hire a INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT MANAGER for a crucial and very complex project, where all your skills will be tested.
This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after Telecom company in Switzerland.
INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT MANAGER tasks and expectations:
LEVEL OF EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS NORMALLY REQUIRED:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or Project Management
- Project Management certifications (eg PMP, Prince 2) would be a plus
SPECIFIC WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in IT project management and interaction with service customers
- Experience in global roll-out management
- At least 7 years experience in domain
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Broad understanding of implementation of network and communications
- infrastructures in complex IT environments
- Experience in network service evaluation activities
- Knowledge of network devices, protocols, address and naming services
- Knowledge of security device perimeters (Firewalls, proxies )
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT MANAGER job description:
- The role being sought is of a Global Network and Communications Build Project Manager.
- The job involves managing and overseeing execution of migration project of fixed duraiton to migrate from analogue/ISDN phones on PABX to IP-Phones on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM).
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
! Good GERMAN and ENGLISH language knowledge is a must-have
HIGHLIGHTS
- Project Management skills are must
- Experience in leading VoIP/IP-Telephony/SIP rollouts preferably with Cisco
- Preferred project experience and skills with migration from analogue/ISDN phones on PABX to IP-Phones on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
