Information Security Consultant - ITIL

Information Security Consultant - This is a 7 month contract with a well known and elite organisation in Sydney. You will be working with multiple teams and vendors.

Information Security Consultant - You will be providing support, user awareness/education, frameworks management, process improvement and relationship management.

Information Security Consultant - This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security with at least 8 years in the IT industry.

Information Security Consultant - You will be required to lead and mentor junior staff and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Information Security Consultant - You will need the following skills to be successful for this role:

GREAT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN INFORMATION SECURITY
STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF WINDOWS, UNIX AND LINUX OPERATING SYSTEMS
STRONG KNOWLEDGE WITH IP NETWORKING AND WEB APPLICATION FRAMEWORK
SOLID EXPERIENCE WITH SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE (IE: FIREWALLS, PROXIES, ENDPOINT SECURITY, REMOTE ACCESS GATEWAY AND AUTHENTICATION)
ABILITY TO PERFORM INFORMATION SECURITY RISK ASSESSMENT
CISSP, CISM OR SIMILAR INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION EXPERIENCE
