Information Project Manager

we require a person to lead on the delivery of a unified contract management system/database two NHS Trust's

We are seeking an experienced technical lead/project coordinator for an Interim Contract until March 2013 to take project management responsibility and provide technical support to help carry out the project. Working closely with leads across Business Intelligence, Informatics and Contracting.

On behalf of the Associate Director of Information, this person will project manage the delivery of agreed deadlines and quality standards whilst working in a fast paced changeable environment. Additionally, they will have the technical skills to be able to carry out the requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

* Very high understanding of SQL
* Database integration and merging skills with experience in Master Data Management
* Project management experience
* An excellent understanding of NHS datasets, including SUS
* Good understanding of PbR and NHS commissioning
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
