Our client (a large blue Chip corporate) are going through a huge Taleo upgrade and are looking for an MI lead to come in to help make changes, extract data and assist in the upgrade of information around Job titles and positions in the company; aligning them against the new structure.

Please note that this role spec can be tweaked to a certain degree to fit the individual depending on their level and skill set.

Location: Midlands

Duration: 3 months

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Skills Needed:

Business Objects is the tool used for manipulation of the data and reporting and so this is critical

Taleo is the HRIS in place and so experience of this is also required

HR systems experience
