Information Architect Job

INFORMATION ARCHITECT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Conceptual design and architecture
- Dimensional Modeling
- SQL

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Requirements definition, schema design, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support for the build out to a large Data Warehouse/BI solution
- ETL (SSIS), cube design and development (SSAS)
- End-user presentation (via analytic reports, graphs, scorecards, etc.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Be able to explain the "why" behind decisions, not just execute.
- Experience building, stabilizing and deploying BI solutions including SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerPivot, PowerView, Excel Services, and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Master Data Services (MDS)
- Experience in analysis, design and construction of SQL Server data marts and data warehouses
- Strong in T-SQL, Stored Procedures and views
