Information Architect

Looking for an information architect with knowledge of and experience with TOGAF, NORA and MARIJ
In the past year, my client has worked hard on a vision on information provision. We are currently finalising a road map to achieve the intended layout. For the realisation of the road map we are looking for an information architect.

As an information architect, you translate the general architecture policy from the national government (NORA, EAR etc.) into an integrated target architecture for the Education Inspectorate as a whole. In addition, you fulfil a bridging function between the business and ICT within the organisation. You work closely with the Information Manager and the Solution/ICT architect.

Your job package consists of:

-advise on and develop and manage the future-proof information architecture;
-to advise on the proper organization and professionalization of architecture organization and
-process, and on the further development of works under architecture;
-co-creation and dissemination of architectural insights, frameworks, standards and policies in connection with business architecture and technical architecture;
-co-development, sharpening and helping to use architectural products;
-supporting the project managers and the information manager when introducing and setting up case and process-oriented work with a new system and ensuring that this system fits within the established information architecture;
-working towards a mobile, agile, platform-independent way of working;
-putting the data collection of supervision and the design of services in order to make them accessible;
-coordinate a small team consisting of architects and information analysts

Experience Required:

-Work experience: Proven work experience as architect/work under architecture (3 years)
-Work experience and knowledge: With data modelling and data modelling techniques (3 years);
-Work experience: Coordinating/Managing teams (1 year);
-Work experience: Architecture methodologies (TOGAF, DYA, SAFe, Archimate, NORA etc.), standards and tooling (eg Visio, ArchiMate) (3 years);
-HBO/WO work and thinking level

Training/certificate:

- TOGAF Practitioner; NORA (no certification); MARIJ (no certification)

Desired competences:

- Conducting a vision (from substantive knowledge, knowledge of the organization and in the field of information architecture);
- You can quickly create complicated files. You quickly know how to get to the heart of the matter
- sharp analytical skills, good environmental awareness, strong cooperation in additional knowledge:
- Knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Architect is a plus
- knowledge of the education system is an advantage
