Industrialization Engineer - Sweden

For a Swedish Client within the medical devices industry, we are looking for an industrialization engineer.

Industrialization Engineer
You will take on a position as the R&D Industrialization engineer for a hemodialysis monitor project. The project has passed the implementation phase and is now getting ready for the industrialization. Your accountability will be to secure a smooth transition from R&D to manufacturing including, among others, test specification of PCBAs manufactured by a third party, R&D interface during serial production, mounting and control instructions. You will be a part of the R&D team.

Competence Requirements
-Extensive knowledge of project methodology
-Product Development Engineering skills
-Understanding of Manufacturing processes including final testing
-Good communication skills
-Good team player

Background
-Master of science degree of education or similar
-At least 5 years of experience from working in product development projects
-At least 5 years of relevant Engineering experience including PCBA designing and manufacturing testing

Specific skills and knowledge
-Extensive English skills, verbal and written
