Industrial Engineer (m/f)

Für unseren Kunden, einen international tätigen Automobilzulieferer aus dem Raum Düsseldorf, suchen wir aktuell zwei Industrial Engineers (m/w)

Aufgaben:
- Process development and assembly sequencing (process flow chart) for new programs
- Use industrial engineering methods to define tooling and equipment concept
- Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA on new products
- Plant and process layout for new products and plant launches (Autocad)
- Preparation of Supplier statement of work
- Setup tooling and equipment in the Plant and support launch activities
- Write process specifications and risk analysis Write specifications for manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for equipment procurement
- Provide Budget for equipment (refurbished / new)
- Work with SD-Teams to complete product launches
- Monitor process tooling and equipment through production start-up
- Monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

Anforderungen:
- Degree in Engineering (mechanical or industrial)
- Min. 5 years experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer
- OEM or Tier One automotive seating or interior trim work experience
- High volume automotive manufacturing engineering work experience
- Strong computer and manufacturing simulation skills
- JCMS/ Lean manufacturing
- Plastics Process and Equipment
- English skill advanced

Start: ab sofort
Dauer: vorerst bis Ende September, mit der Option auf Verlängerung
Einsatzort: Raum Düsseldorf
