Industrial Engineer

The term of the contract is four months and this position will support the massive growth of my client's manufacturing, engineering and production department. The rate for this position is between $35 and $60 per hour dependent on experience.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

* BS in Industrial Engineering
* 8 - 12 years of experience
* This position will provide key inputs for designing production lines
* The ability to utilize work methods, motion analysis, and ergonomics to ensure optimal method of the manual assembly stations.
* The ability to draft and design layout of equipment, material and workspace to produce maximum efficiency with highest possible quality
* The ability to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process and production standards
* The ability to identify root cause and implement solutions to maximize product reliability and minimize cost
