The global well-known company based in Utrecht are looking a Software INCIDENT MANAGER

to be based on a contract basis in Utrecht.

As the INCIDENT MANAGER you will be responsible for repairing the services for our users as quickly as possible in case of (major) disruptions in the services provided to its clients. In the case of major disruptions, you put together a crisis team that provides for recovery under your highest urgency. You also have a flawless sense of urgency and know how to convey this to others in an appropriate way

INCIDENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct functional management of the people with an executive role in the process
- Process-based contact point for the dissolving groups
- Monitor the process at operational level
- Is responsible for reporting on the process
- Take control during Major Incidents by compiling and calling the crisis team, if necessary, engages external suppliers
- takes care of communication in the event of (imminent) major disruptions
- regularly consults with relevant coordinators, the line management of the involved parties. departments/teams and the co-process owners
- Plant and monitor the quality and results of the incident management process
- Is responsible for the correct registration, consistency and topicality of the process administration in the service management system (Topdesk)

INCIDENT MANAGER REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience showing ownership of the incident management process and take responsibility in setting priorities
- Experience switching and connecting because you speak both the language of technology and that of the user, management and client
- You have knowledge of the processes Problem Management & Request Fulfillment
