My client a leading Energy provider in the UK currently has an opportunity for an Issue/Incident Manager. They are seeking an issue/incident manager who will lead the Issue Management work stream, managing a team of Fix Analysts and will form part of the Release Consolidation team, managing the period immediately after go live of a release, managing any issues that arise that could destabilise the business as usual running of the B2C and B2B teams

The successful candidate shall come with a proven track record of managing or supporting Issue Management teams in the period immediately after a go live and should be able to demonstrate deep experience in development and implementation of issue resolution organisation and processes including issues analysis, scoping, impact assessment, developing tactical and strategic resolution plans, designing communications for internal and external use.
