Incident Management and Functional Application Specialist

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, FUNCTIONAL APPLICATION, ITIL, DATA LOADING, TRACKING INCIDENT, MONITORING INCIDENT, INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT, SQL SERVER.

Our client is one of the largest consultancy in world is currently seeking for a Incident Management & Functional Application Specialist to work along side with their client in Amstelveen - Netherlands.

Your responsibility includes but not limit too:

Actively monitor (data loading) processes
Incident management
Change configuration data and react to ad-hoc data/information requests and functional questions
Resolve incidents
Functional maintenance
Support the implementation of minor changes
Accept and advise on functional components delivered through projects
Defect monitoring

Experienced required - ideally 3 + years experienced:

Strong incident management skills
ITIL certified
Functional management
Strong defect management skills
Strong experienced with stakeholders - internally and externally.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL and excel
Incident management

Desirable skills:

Functional Maintenance
Data analysis with SQL
Functional testing
Knowledge of Asset & Liability Management and Treasury concepts
Experience with and knowledge of Basel III
Knowledge of financial instruments like Fixed Income, derivatives, etc
