Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- A proven career in Incident and Problem Management
- The ability to manage incidents and service failures, including the ability to escalate issues to senior management
- A strong knowledge of IT Service Management methodologies e.g. ITIL
- Experience of working in an IT Operations environment
- ITIL Accredited (highly beneficial)
