Urgent requirement for an Incident and Problem Manager to join a retail bank based in Crawley on a major transformation programme. Candidates should have a strong background in financial services.
The client is looking for the following from candidates CV:
- Proven experience in Incident and Problem Management roles within large scale programmes.
- Experience in managing the resolution of incidents providing co-ordination between response teams and updates to management.
- Effective implementation of incident process and incident tools.
- Understanding of project management processes and effective stakeholder engagement.
