Job Purpose and Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced in handling in bound telephone calls from our business customers. Working to strict Service Level Agreements, you will need to take the call and log different aspects of the call accurately on to the system
You will be expecte to answer at least 82% of telephone calls within 20 seconds
You will expected to handle the customer query ensuring that issues are filtered appropriately.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Expected to log breakdown calls onto the system
Route non-service calls to the correct department
Update addresses, contacts, telephone numbers and locations when necessary.
Carry out a designated number of customer satisfaction surveys
Apply basic customer service problem-solving principles to satisfy customer needs & expectations
Liaise with customers who have specific call requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must have excellent and clear telephone manner
Experience in PC skills - handling and writing emails, Word, ExcelPC skills
Good Administration skills
Excellent Customer handling skills

Must have an understanding, helpful and cooperative
Must have a courteous and professional approach
Have skills supporting being flexible, hard-working and dedicated to the job

Salary - Salary £17,411+ 5% Bonus
